Ozon is founded in 1998 and today, it is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Russia; ranked #2 in e-commerce top-100 index and also is the most recognized e-commerce brand in Russia*. Today Ozon offers more than 100 mn SKUs to its customers and represents more than 20 merchandise categories.
Since 2020, we have developed Ozon Global to work with international sellers. Today we have more than 10,000 sellers from 45 countries around the world offering their goods to customers all over Russia. Ozon Global offers international sellers many tools to develop and grow their business in Russia.
Right now we are expanding and hiring the team for our Turkey office and looking for passionate and qualified Key Account Managers to develop key categories on our platform (marketplace). The work will be in person for the first month, and then 2 weeks remote and 2 weeks in person monthly from our dynamic and modern office in Istanbul.
What you will do:
-Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, manage the given KPIs.
-Finding new sellers in related categories and products to achieve targets
-Achieve the quarterly sale targets with
-Develop positive relationships with sellers
-Act as the point of contact and handle sellers’ individual needs
-Generate new business using existing and potential seller networks
-Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to sellers in a timely manner
-Supervise and advices sellers to ensure sales increase
-Report on the status of accounts and transactions
-Set and track account targets, aligned with company objectives
-Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
-Control and monitor the daily/weekly/prioritized campains
-Monitor and take actions for customer feedback and questions.
What we are looking for:
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent seller/customer experience
- Proven network communications in related categories.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
