Branch Manager (Turkey, Mersin)

Main tasks:

• Leading all company agreements and legal documents
• Leading relationships with Turkish banks, tax, and monetary authorities
• Financial transactions processing
• Coordinating financial reports preparation to regulatory authorities
• Interacting with outsourcing companies and partners
• Keep up an understanding of applicable laws and regulations and follow up on relevant or changed legislation
• Analyze risks in current and new potential business possibilities
• Create conditions for stable economic and financial company development

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master of law / finance
• Experience in legal, financial analysis and corporate finance skills along with business management skills from 5 years
• Native Turkish and fluent English
• Strong negotiation skills and result orientation

• Turkish passport holder
