After repairing the defect the request is accomplished. These requests’ results are shared with the citizens who complaint. This project is implemented in Siebel Public Sector in 2009. • Project of Ideas and Suggestions - This project’s aim is to save the ideas and suggestions from the citizens via internet as datas and to transfer datas to the Siebel database through web services and give feedback to the people. • ALO185 The Automation of Defects via the Telephone – This project’s aim is to save the defects, from the citizens via telephone, internet and problem solution desk, and after that to assign these datas to the related departments automatically. After repairing the defect the request is accomplished. This project was developed in Oracle Forms and Reports Tools using SQL and PL/SQL, and was left to Siebel CRM application. • Canal Warrant Automation – It’s a project that is developed to perform substructure control, project approval, housing approval at ISKI before reconstruction permit who apply for it through Istanbul Municipality to ISKI, at digital environment. This project is developed in Oracle Forms and Reports Tools using SQL and PL/SQL. • Watermeter Movements Automation – It’s a project to perform watermeters’ features, examinations and to store database digitally. • Internet – This project is consist of performed members of ISKI internet customers, e-collection, e-billing, e-defect, e-leakage water operations, and integration them with main database, and sending e-mail and SMS announcement, greeting, water cut informations. The project was developed at PSP and javasript. • National Address Database and its Integration with the National ID Number – This is a project that people who have contract at ISKI and these people’s ID number, address at TUIK. The java web service methods were used in project. • Oracle Business Intelligent Reports System – These are reports that cover statistics information of all developed projects, planing and performance measurement. The reports are developed with using Oracle BI tool. The datas are transfered to reports database with using ETL at ODI (Oracle Designer Integrator). • The Contract Project – It consists of developing to customers’ contract operations. This proect’s aim is also to consider the customers’ applications, to get over problems about the contract.
