Finding new raw materials to reduce costs for BOPP-CPP-BOPET and for coatings (Acrylics-PVdC) on BOPP and BOPET. • Controlling and developing the performance of the products that having average annual sales of 50 million $. • Preparing new formulas for new products launching in the market. • Responsible of BOPET inline chemical coating formulations. • Working closely with planning, finance and procurement departments to calculate all costs of a standardization process. • From the knowledge of having a technical background in the packaging production industry, investigate, communicate and implement best practices for the solution. This includes understanding, analyzing and communicating value of the solution, how the solution has been successfully sold and used, and justifying the customer business case. • Functioning as product expert (frequently) to support sales opportunities and all stages of development. • Providing technical support to Bussiness Development Department from different segmentations. • Tracking new technologies in packaging industry and try them in products if applicable. • Giving support to production department about processibility of materials. • Responsible of all MM-QP module activities at SAP system. Have responsibility at creating and monitoring of new material trials • Giving technical support to domestic and international customers directly • Monitoring all food contact declerations and revising the companies decleration if needed • Controlling the migration test periods of the products to stay safe for the food contact declerations

Controlling all the BOPP-CPP process conditions to minimizing 2nd 3rd grade productions. • Reporting to production department chief and manager about production plans, worker and equipment performances. • Preparing new grade products process conditons. • Both maximizing recycled material usage to reduce material costs and capacity of the lines. • Calculating capacity of the film grades for the financial department to define accurate product costs. • Recording material performances and process conditions to have a statistical background. • Working coordinately with planning department in order to prepare the production program efficiently, electrical and mechanical maintenance departments to improve machine capabilities or solving technical problems. • Examining customer complaints and determining the preventive decisions. • Pursuing working health and safety rules periodically and being a role model for workers. • Running and coordinating SMED, 5S and lean manufacturing systems. • Participating internat audits for ISO 9001-2006 and OHSAS 18001 quality systems. • Being a Key User and system tester for SAP PP and QM modules while starting up the system in a new plant and also find a chance to practice MM module.
