Is Bank Technology and Operation Center & Commercial Center Project- Istanbul Located in two neighboring plots, these two projects are carried out in one turn-key contract with a budget of 250 M USD. Roles and responsibilities: * Preparation of budget and cash flow * Cost control and reporting ; * Preparation of construction schedule ; * Subcontractor / Vendor tender preparation and execution ; * Subcontractor / Vendor contract management ; * Preparation of progress reports for internal use and for the Client ; * Preparation of change orders and claim report ; * Interim and Final Payments.

Roles and responsibilities: * Monitor bids from various agencies and prepare bid-tracking report for company executives. * Prepare detailed information relating to the project for final decision * Manage the in-house tender team ; * Select and manage consultants throughout the tender process ; * Organize subcontractor shortlist for each project. ; * Organize and supervise the bid submission in the given deadlines. * Represent the company in tender process and contract negotiation * Hand-over the bid package to the PM team for successful bids. Successful bid results received for the below mentioned projects: * Is Banking & Commercial Center - Istanbul (268,000 m2) * Marriott Resort Hotel - Sochi, (88,000 m2) ; * Le Meridien Hotel- Lagos/Nigeria, (105,000 m2) ; * Garanti Bank Technology Campus - Istanbul, (130,000 m2)

Due to economic crisis in 2008, construction had been completed in two land plots (in Rostov & Novosibirsk) out of twelve. The design documentation for construction approvals was completed for six other plots in Russia.
