As a senior product UX/UI designer, I’ve optimized our design system for desktop and web applications, ensuring consistent design standards. My focus is on creating complex reports with over 1,000 scenarios across various areas, including call logs, message logs, call volumes, dispositions, outbound campaigns, and agent status reports. I’m involved in all stages of product development—from competitor analysis and concept creation to presentations and design reviews. My responsibilities include researching and integrating feedback to refine our products. Working closely with the team lead, product management, and development team, I contribute to building complex application sections that enhance functionality and user experience, such as agent and supervisor workspaces, auto-dialers, and more. I’m dedicated to advancing our reporting capabilities and continuously improving our application’s sophistication and usability.

My work included creating detailed and customizable design systems for mobile and web apps, following an atomic design approach to ensure every component and section could be adjusted as needed. I worked on projects in different areas, such as e-commerce, ERP, and CRM systems for retail, fleet, and warehouse management. Some of the key projects included designing interfaces for French retailers like Bi1 and Auchan, premium WordPress themes for Envato (with over 760,000 customization options), and internal tools for logistics and resource management, like TMS and AMS. I also worked as a team lead, assigning tasks, ensuring a consistent design system across projects, and reviewing designs for quality and alignment. I worked closely with project managers to plan workflows, set schedules, and manage tasks. Additionally, I helped my team grow by mentoring colleagues and sharing my knowledge, supporting a strong and skilled UX/UI team.

While working on a project basis with the Turkish company DEKOB Technology, I collaborated closely with the business owner, project manager, and technical specialists to design Wunity, a web application for online meetings. This app was later acquired by the Qatari company Ooredoo Corporate. I also designed Guardian, a corporate app available on Web, iOS, and Android platforms. Guardian includes features such as a corporate messenger with voice and video calls, task management tools, and an admin panel. I was responsible for designing the user interface and co-developing the user experience in close collaboration with the Turkish team. In addition, I worked as a freelancer alongside my DEKOB projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of ProRun, an app for organizing and managing online marathons. The app allows users to register, participate from anywhere in the world—even on a treadmill—and have their results recorded in a global leaderboard. Participants can earn digital awards for completing races and achieving high scores.

I worked as a UX & UI designer for cross-platform mobile applications built on the Flutter framework, where I focused on creating intuitive user experiences and engaging interfaces for several apps, including: • Baraka: A marketplace app for buying and selling items, similar to OLX, Avito, Craigslist, and Gumtree. • SlashTicket: A cinema and theater booking app offering a seamless ticket-purchasing experience. • City360: A crowd-sourced business review and social networking app, similar to Yelp, allowing users to leave reviews, ratings, and comments for local establishments. • SlashFlowers: An app for ordering bouquets and flowers directly through your mobile device. • Didox: A mobile app designed for electronic document management. In addition to mobile applications, I also contributed to several web projects: • Gulshan: A website for ordering Dutch roses directly from one of the largest rose-growing companies in Uzbekistan. • Slash Dash: An internal platform for managing new client requests. • RGSBM Intranet: A learning management system providing features like lecture viewing, assignment submissions, and access to educational materials. These projects allowed me to refine my skills in designing user-friendly interfaces across diverse industries, ensuring each platform effectively met the unique needs of its target audience.

I worked as a team lead UX & UI designer, overseeing the design and user experience for the company’s web application projects. My first major project was with DreamCity Development, where I designed and launched the official website. Featuring interactive 3D building views and detailed floor plans, the site attracted 3,000 to 12,000 daily visitors. The Gardens Residence project, highlighted on the site, sold over 1,000 apartments in three months, generating significant leads. Building on this success, we added Boulevard Residence, which also attracted strong interest. Moreover, I applied my technical expertise to assist with the deployment of the website to the servers and helped implement and maintain analytics and lead-generation tools. Later, I designed the website for Bizning Uylar Development, applying the same framework and features, including 3D views and apartment booking functionality. Additionally, I contributed as a graphic designer to Uzbekistan's "How About to Be the Neighbors" campaign, featuring Mike Tyson. I designed digital and outdoor banners, stationery, brand identities, and promotional materials for various platforms. These experiences allowed me to demonstrate my expertise in both web design and marketing, successfully creating engaging, user-friendly websites that not only attracted attention but also contributed to impressive sales results.

While studying at university, I worked as a graphic designer, creating content for advertising campaigns for clients such as Les Ailes, Ozone, Pie Republic, Sarkor Telecom, and others. I was recognized as Employee of the Month multiple times for my contributions during my time there.
