• recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff • managing budgets • maintaining statistical and financial records • dealing with customer queries and complaints • overseeing pricing and stock control • maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so • preparing promotional materials and displays • liaising with head office • decide, plan and implement all local training activities for Dior in 3 countries: Turkey, Greece, Israel • customize trainings designed by the HQ in accordance with the needs of the store personnel • Analyse business necessity in terms of trainingt and implement specific training such as language development training, make up courses, skin anatomy, etc. • responsible for business approach in trainings; figures, targets, follow up, reading and analysing retail&product panel, designing workshops according to the business needs • follow up of the trainings, inserting data to the data base • Responsible for accomodation, flight and training allowance of training participants, follow up and payment process. • Managing training budget for 3 countries; responsible from preparing the annual training budget and follow up (R1 /R2 ; forecasting YTG).
