Creating the technical data sheets of the products which include all the details such as fabric & trim specifications, technical sketches and washing recipes. Finalizing costings by evaluating the following aspects: raw material consumptions, standard times, overhead & service costs. Issuing orders to the vendors according to the supply schedules considering availability and capability of vendors. Processing orders and follow-up by monitoring on-time-delivery and quality KPIs of the vendors. Evaluating vendor performances throughout the season and settling any discrepancies.
