-Sales order processing for monthly submitted orders from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Western Europe, Uzbekistan and Iraq. -Monitoring product availability and optimized truck planning by considering various countries specific customs related constraints. -Planning and coordination of shipments through close cooperation with Logistics & Supply Chain Operation Team. -Analyzing customer needs and following up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery. -Partnering with Finance to optimize the order-to-cash cycle and total delivered cost. -Intense work to ensure the highest level of Customer Service. -Close cooperation with CS&L Team and sales organizations to maximize results & KPI’s. -Use of Supply Chain data and analytical tools effectively including SAP and Business Warehouse.

- Generate weekly and monthly statistical forecast for Azerbaijan & Georgia - Improve forecasting techniques and methodology to increase Demand Planning Accuracy - Lead DP monthly meeting with CD Team (Sales) to investigate new opportunities in terms of SKU productivity and simplification - Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, ensure forecasting processes and methods are followed - Share Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) product list with CD Team & Importer Sales Team and follow required actions to support inventory reduction - Collaborate with importers and CD Team (Sales) for product availability and calculate volume expectations of the regular , new and promo SKUs (products), compare and highlight the volume expectation vs previous years IMS and make sure that needed QTYs will be ship to the countries - Make adjustments to forecast based on changes in demand and market trends - Lead monthly DP meeting with Importers Sales Team present monthly performance and share Shipment and IMS Forecast Targets - Prepare monthly ABC analysis report on base of the 6 months IMS - Update weekly & monthly IMSA & DPA reports - For improving the Demand Planning Accuracy Implement New Projects - Coordinate monthly on time shipment to Azerbaijan (2 importers) & Georgia - Collect monthly sales orders from customers - Maintain schedule changes or product enhancements during the month - Control importers on time payment - Collaborate with importer Logistic Team
