Antalya New Stadium Project with 33.000 Seat Capacity, Antalya-Turkey Client: Ministry of Sports Closed Construction Area: 100.500 m2 Main Duties: • Review and approve the projects carried out by the design subcontractor to ensure that they comply with UEFA standarts and technical specifications determined by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Check whether these projects are prepared within the cost plan. • Hire technical staff (approx.20 engineers) to create technical management team for the contractor. • Assist Technical Office to create the work plan, prepare monthly revisions, resource analysis, follow up reports, cash flows and cost control. • Accept works done by the subcontractors and deliver them to the consultant company, set up a work acceptance system for the subcontractors and lead management team for these inspections. • Maintain the communication among the subcontractors in different disciplines and solve the problems that may occur between them. • Ensure that the subcontractors are working according to the work schedule, pay extra attention to works in the critical path and take precautions on which are in delay. • Approve subcontractors’ payment documents. • Be responsible of safety on site both physically and legally to the Ministry, head monthly safety meetings of the safety board. Set up a 3 step safety system consisting of risk analysis, precautions for these risks and monitoring site safety controls. Assist safety team on the governmental inspections. • Approve invoices for orders made from the site (excluding the ones made from the headquarters). • Order materials and machinery in a timely manner so as not to delay implementation. • Assist Technical Office in the preparation of monthly interim payment documents and attend negotiations with the consultant company. • Control and sign the all the documents prepared for consultants and the Ministry. • Prepare weekly reports for stakeholders. • Report everything to the Project Manager.
