This is a start up of the factory of National Oilwell Varco company's Rig and drilling tools devisions in Russia. - Participating in the designing of the factory ( Stage P) - Play the leading role in the procurement, logistics and contracting of all technological equipment, factory vehicles and etc. - Procurement strategy development and implementation. - Training of new hires in procurement department. - Budgeting. - Budget control of 30 ml USD. 15% savings.

• Responsible for selling logistics solutions to customers. • Responsible for creating new business through contact with prospective customers in the Oil and Gas market • Responsible for selling new services to new and existing customers • Exercises discretion and independent judgment by developing, engaging and maintaining a short and long-term forecast and marketing plan. • Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations to constantly improve. • Responsible for reviewing and reporting monthly performance • Responsible for understanding DHL Global Forwarding pricing and cost components • Responsible for other duties including: sales presentations, writing sales proposing, implementation, creating and adding to existing marketing materials • Performs other duties as assigned by management. During my career in DHL Global Forwarding I have got the understanding of logistics and customs regulations and requirements for transportation of heavy duty and oversized cargo for Oil and Gas industry. I have got comprehension how to decrease the cost of transportation and decrease cost of custom clearance expenses.

Project Manager. •Managing and reporting on multiple concurrent rig builds for Weatherford Drilling. •Work with rig manufacturer such as Drillmec, IDM, Victory, handling the corrections in rig design, control of their execution and creating the reports for senior management in Moscow and Dubai and client. •Procurement coordination and equipment transportation. •Correction and creating the rig packages according to field needs, difficulties of custom clearance and transportation, controlling the urgent/ rig down equipment. •Rig transportation control. •Preparing the plan in MS project, stating the dates of performing of each phase of the project. Creating the reports for the client and senior management in Moscow and Dubai. Providing the technical consultation to freight forwarder during submission of the documents to Federal custom authority for classification decision, custom clearance. •Rig certification control. •Working with manufacturer to obtain right documents for rig certificates such as GOST R, GOST X, Permission To Use and etc. •Selection and control of all subcontractors. •Submitting company requirements to subcontractors such as camp manufacturers, catering, transportation, vehicle providers, etc. •Checking the contracts against company rules and standards, make sure that contracts will follow the company procedure before to be signed. •Provide customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem solving, and is able to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision. •Meeting with the client on weekly basis to discuss problems, performance, goals. Providing the explanation and possible solutions to exciting problem. •Organization technical and commercial reports on daily and weekly basis. •Organization daily, rig move, rig up and NPT reports. •Responsible for ensuring quality during and after manufacturing process. •Tracking the equipment performance and failure, dealing with rig manufacturers regarding warranty issues, spares and repair services. •Technical support to logistics, business development and all other departments. •Providing support to Logistic department in clearance of spares and other equipment which were included into rig package. •Technical support for business development for tenders. •Support in implementation of international QHSSE standards. •Implementation of the Weatherford Drilling International policy and international standards according to Business Management System. • Improve the perfomance of the new rigs. ( reduction of NPT and INPT) During this project I have got the experience and comprehension of the sources of the issues and financial losses company has faced. Such as wrong decision in selection of the rig manufacturer, rig design, contracting, rig importation, custom clearance, rig crews recruitment, certification, supply chain and operations.

•Preparing the equipment for a run, monitoring the equipment during drilling in real time for shocks and vibration, stick and slip, twist off and etc. Giving advice to drilling crew how to cure such unnormal drilling conditions. •Right data acquisition in real time. •First look interpretation of the resistivity, density, porosity, drilling mechanics logs. •Participating in meeting with a client related to new projects (Drilling programs). •Team working with client's geologist, drilling engineer and other service companies. •Delivering real time data and recorded mode data to the client. •Preparing daily, end of well and other reports. •Leading engineer in calibration of density and porosity tools and as cell manager •Experience in drilling of deviated wells. •Expertise: Logging While Drilling, ARC(Array Resistivity Compensated, CDR(Compensated Dual Resistivity , RAB (Resistivity at the Bit), ADN (Azimuthal Neutron Density) , Ecoscope, Stethoscope , Surface Systems, Radiation Sources. •Worked for the Statoil projects on Statfjord A , Kvitebjorn, Snorre A, Gulfaks B, Polar Pioneer, Gulfaks C, Onshore operating center on Statfjord B (remote control), Transocean Leader (client Eni Norge). •Took a part in testing of MPD (managed pressure while drilling) and CCS (continuous circulating system) on Kvitebjorn.
