About me

Dear Hiring Team, I have recently graduated with a bachelor degree in Business Management with emphasis on BI and have an overall professional work experience of 3 and a half years. Out of my educational and professional encounters, I have managed to build an interdisciplinary outlook on various matters and intricacies and have established certain strengths of dedication, perseverance, and enthusiasm to continue increasing my knowledge and education. Throughout my studies, I have learned how to resort to multiple software packages; such as QlikView & Power BI, Weka (Data Mining), Odoo (ERP), Microsoft Project, and MySQL (DB), in order to solve case studies and accomplish projects that serves the managerial theories and aspects learned throughout the courses taken. I have successfully developed a website (using HTML 5.0 and PHP) for my senior project’s business idea and have also created a dashboard using QlikView software where I have represented; with various graphs, and evaluated retail and performance conditions for a football team based on data simulated on Microsoft Excel and imported to QlikView. I also got to learn on how to design business process models and use various machine learning algorithms for data mining and knowledge discovery – from Unified Modelling Language, BPMN and Entity Relationship diagrams to supervised and unsupervised algorithms such as Linear Regression, K-mean clustering, Decision Tree, Time Series Forecasting and Apriori algorithms. Currently, I am taking some online courses related to Machine Learning and Python on both Coursera and Udemy platforms to enhance my knowledge on machine learning algorithms’ usages and Artificial Intelligence in general. The professional experience gained have enhanced my capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, enjoy working within a team environment, complete assigned tasks, and collaborate with senior managers through thinking out-side the box. I can rest assure that I have built a fundamental understanding of business and corporate hierarchies and operations, have attended various training sessions from customer service know-how to retail analysis, and have played a role in decision-making circumstances and situations. Furthermore, I was able to participate in various workshops and activities that satisfied my personal interests and enriched my character. Such activities included attending first-aid workshops organized by the Red Cross, attending and moderating Philosophy salon nights and discussions, becoming a member of Facebook Developers' Circle in Lebanon and attending various associated conferences alongside participating in various local and international football tournaments with my university's football team.
