As an Agricultural Economics student , I am actively developing myself towards my career goal to become Financial expert. I have a great interest in Finance&Economics that I have already started to develop learning Finance Basics,Problem-Solving,Marketing skills. Furthermore, over the 5 years of my educational background I have learned following about myself: I can lead and grow teams from 10 to 100: -I love helping others to learn new things -I am an expert at encouraging people to achieve their goals -I establish team colloboration and effective work I can create and organize the structure of work and projects: -I love creating new ideas to increase performance by 70% -I am able to calculate expenditures of financial resources saving 59% on expenses -I find different wasy to enchance the image of team or organization I educate and determinde myself to be a better peerson: -I always learn new things that serves me to achieve my goals and help other people -I am quickly but calmly reacting to appeared crisess -I focus on high-quality performances I enjoy hering new perspectives and meeting new people wherver I go and whatever I do.
