Sales database update (Sales force) by increasing daily contacts and visits to customers; - Contract negotiations: Delivery & Payment terms, Full chain process negotiations, minimization of Legal and Financial risks; - Presentations of individual solutions for the Customer; - Organization of events for Customers, influencers and third parties.

- Project planning, implementation and hand-over on time & within budget. Major Project value > 2,5 million EUR - Coordination of Manufacturing/Logistics/Installation and hand-over to Client & Russian Authorities - Accountable for financial results of the projects. Negotiating & controlling Subcontractor scope, terms and rates / variations, scope management and claims / payments collection on time - Responsible for stakeholder satisfaction and managing their expectations - Leading the multifunctional project team and manages performance
