I worked as a Personel Manager of the Ust Luga GPP project. Due to the uncertainties in the current state of the project, I took a position in the Head Office during the time I was working. I quit my job after the project stopped for an indefinite period of time.

I took role in the creation of the company's Human Resources and Personnel structuring. During this period, I was involved in the establishment and process determination of the related departments (Personnel Transactions, Payroll and Accrual, Foreign Personnel Residence and Work Permits, Recruitment). Apart from Human Resources and Personnel issues, I also manage issues related to Administrative Affairs in the current company.

In the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant Project, I took an active role in the creation of the Human Resources and Personnel structuring in the partnership established by Titan2 and IC İnşaat. During this period, I was involved in the establishment of the related departments (Personnel Transactions, Payroll and Accrual, Foreign Personnel Residence and Work Permits, Recruitment) and determining the processes. I took an active role in the development of the SAP HR module to meet the project needs.
