Working for RETA, which is among Ankara’s oldest and numbered advertising agencies, maintains and improves the current client portfolio consisting of various sectors including energy, retail, NGOs, government institutions, political parties, etc. Conducts regular meetings with the clients and sustains continued communication, identifies the clients’ needs and provides related consultancy services (market research, competitor analysis, business development, communication strategy, media planning, social media management, budgeting, reporting, etc.). Acts as a value added communication bridge between the client and the creative team.

Designed and implemented marketing strategy including marketing activities, campaigns and pricing, marketing materials for above and below the line (design, production, budget, distribution) for BEGENDIK chain market. Worked on corporate reputation and crisis management for the brand, private label products and group companies of BEGENDIK. Planned and managed public relations, media relations including media buying, corporate & intra-company communication, field activities, organization of new openings, created new corporate identity for concept stores (e.g.: Begendik Cayyolu Store). Supervised and managed the opening of eight new stores, two of which are concept stores. As a result, the sales increased by a rate which is above the inflation rate compared to previous year and compared to the respective months of previous year (LFL). Besides, Begendik Cayyolu Store was awarded as a finalist for its concept in World Retail Awards 2013, which was the first of its kind as a Turkish brand).

Analyzed the sector and trends for marketing of higher education at national and international level. Identified and prepared reports on the current and targeted position of Atilim University and set a roadmap to reach the target. Provided communications based consultancy to develop a roadmap that enabled to act proactively in line with the dynamic nature of the sector. Worked in coordination with the Ministry of National Education, YOK (The Council of Higher Education), Union of Foundation Universities, etc.)

Structured the brand (AMIRAL) in all aspects (creating the brand name, positioning, marketing plan to pricing, etc.) and launched the new brand. In addition to marketing, managed the logistics and cost-control of the long-term car rental organization. As a result, AMIRAL gained new customers and its fleet grew by 50% compared to old brand Neziroglu Rental.

As a strategist, developed a roadmap for the clients in the name of branding and marketing communications, and prepared related sector reports. As the brand manager, managed client relations by following up the implementation of tasks, analysed the current situation and conducted business development accordingly by finding new clients. The sectors represented by the clients included construction, automotive, etc.

As part of the Marketing Department team, was responsible from all aspects of marketing, pre-sales, sales and customer satisfaction phases for green, functional, special, black teas, teas for children and private labels in accordance with 4P / 4C approaches. In this framework, visited sale points of Dogadan on a regular basis, managed and organized direct marketing activities in chain markets. Prepared reports about Dogadan's performance in Turkey on a regular basis based on Nielsen data.

As a team member of Market Development Directorate, contributed to increase the market share of ASELSAN in international markets, to conduct market analysis, to follow up call for tenders and to prepare international tender files according to their specifications. In the context of Regional / Continental Directorates, supported customer relations and promotion activities. Prepared country reports, made presentations and hosted international delegations.

Participated in the audit of national and multinational companies such as Turkcell, Intertoy, Akzo Kemipol, Siemens Cerberus, Weidmüller as an assistant in the audit team.
