Developing & implementing an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) Achievements 1. Environmental & Social Responsibility Policy, in which vision, strategic objectives, key principles for sustainability, and environmental & social standards establish a boundary for Bank's programs and projects; 2. Policy on evaluation, monitoring, and reporting on environmental and social risks of external projects of the Bank, defines work of the environmental & social unit, sets instructions on the environmental assessment of investment projects in accordance with IFC Performance Standards and IFC Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines; 3. Grievance mechanism that ensures that complaints are promptly reviewed and addressed by the ESRM Unit of the Bank; 4. Environmental and social information disclosure on investment projects; 5.
