Actually, I started this work as an intern, staying on the position of general assistant for three month. The main responsibility was to help customers, consult them, and answer their questions, then to direct to a needed department. I felt myself so useful, and i really liked the position i took. I can say for sure, the one of those achievement that i got there is integration with team members. Every single day i was in continuous communication with customers.

As this institution place in Ankara, they needed someone who would help them to communicate with foreign patients. My main task was to translate word to word all conversation between doctor and foreign comers. Help patients to find right rooms to pass their analysis and other medicine procedures.
Was very good experience. I think main achievement was improved English language skills. Also, to be more attentive and now I know which medicine should i take if I have headache.
