- Implementing and supporting of creating dashboards in Tibco Spotfire - Implementation of a new Metadata-controlled, document management environment for technical documentation. Programming of archiving and search capabilities based on Metadata -Programming of new folder structures, gathering and migrating files for transfer -Monitoring of quality/conformance of operational data and Metadata, provision of support to data owners during the major migration period -Development of working procedures on how to manage Metadata for: making changes to existing files, creating new files and new functions, updates and the physical structure of documents, document publishing, storage - Writing of procedures for granting access to users - Monitoring of local and global data quality dashboards - Upload data to an Oracle, PG database - Maintain electronic database (sort, upload, classify) based on daily reports from field assets (offshore platforms, LNG plant) -Conduct internal training in document management for engineers -Conduct internal training in Tibco Spotfire (data visualization tool)

- Frequent interaction with management, engineers, procurement and logistic teams on ordering, tracking and disposal of materials for drilling and completion wells in SAP; - Creating reservations and purchase orders in SAP for the start of subcontractor work to manufacture or repair equipment; - When completing projects, providing support to Well Engineers in identifying surplus materials in SAP and ensuring the possibility of using these materials in other projects or disposing them (selling or trading as scrap metal); - Interaction with the Capital Projects Team in the Finance Function in and reconciling information in SAP on incurred but not yet paid expenses or accruals - Follow through on business improvement idea of cost-savings by tracking SAP documents to prevent redundant purchases

- Ensure accurate and timely reservations are made for the ENL traveling personnel - Processing and scheduling ENL passenger reservations for fixed wing flights in PTS and other ENL databases. - Verify that every passenger is supported with the proper travel request form. No-show passenger (without the travel request submitted) is not allowed for the flight. - Respond to the requestor with the reservation confirmation containing information on the passenger name, date and details of the flight - timing and destination - Invoice processing in SAP - Notify the requestor and the passenger on the flight changes and delays - Communicate and inform visitors on Yuzhno arrival details - Distribution of ENL charter flight international and domestic schedule - PTS (Personnel Tracking Solution) data entry - Monitor actual timing for charter flight departure and arrival, perform PTS application passenger check-in - Timely accurate flight information input into PTS (i.e. cancelation reasons, rerouting, weather, requestor of the special flights, etc.) - Interface with the customers (pax) and ENL charter flight operator - Generate/Verify and submitting pax manifest - Serve as a PTS power user / consultant and provide the support and expertise to other users at different work sites - Follow up with every work site where PTS is use on the accurate and real-time data entry. In case of the incompliance report to Lead Travel Coordinator - Provide connecting flight information for each passenger, including information on train departure and road transportation to the camp or railway station - Other duties may be assigned within the same area of responsibilities - ENL Duty phone coverage based on the agreed schedule
