- Review the business with Country Managers - Analysis of the monthly results & reports and devation analysis compared to budget and prior year - Work with Country Managers and respective Finance teams to support and guidance - Participate in acquisition discussions and preparation of business case with Country Managers and follow up on Due Diligence - Monthly closing process – Review and control of the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting - Coordinate Budget and Reforecast processes with HQ management and provide required support to the Country Managers and Finance Managers - Supervision of the local Finance Managers and Accountants in the area - Review of the accuracy and reconciliation between Statutory Financial Statements and group financial data.

- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial analysis reports for the Sabancı Holding’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee - Performing comprehensive competitive analysis and benchmarking analysis for the listed Group companies - Conducting feasibility studies of various assets leading to opening, closure and renewal decisions - Assessing market potential, analyzing competitive landscape and customer profile in the targeted locations - Developing financial models to support valuation, planning and forecasting - Reviewing annual and 5-year budget, monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis - Review of materials prepared by colleagues on different Companies and Sectors. - Meeting with Institutional Investors and Equity Research Analysts to provide insights into the Holding's financial performance and strategy in both local office as well as in conferences in EU. - Coordination of the quarterly earnings document, press release and Q&A documents preparation, as well as conference presentations - Coordination of the quarterly IR activities document to be presented to the Board and Corporate Governance Committee

- Investigating sales opportunities to obtain new customers in domestic and international markets (United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine) - Visiting buyers for any complaints they might have and promoting further sale of the products they are interested in, - Communicating with existing and potential domestic and international buyers periodically
