Develop and implement the organization’s wide sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term sales goals. Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, and business development, and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals; adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop an overall marketing strategy that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives. Liaise with other functional and operational managers (particularly in sales and customer service) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives. I was employed as a trainee in the Testing Center, Department of Bus Development at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş from July 2007 to September 2007 . During my tenure in the Test Center, I was mainly responsible for: Monitoring and reporting bus field tests, customer field tests and bad road tests, Functional and lifetime tests of door and flap systems, Testing and reporting of thermal comfort tests of the buses, Functional testing and test planning of new sample parts/components due to design changes, customer complaints and quality problems. After the Summer Practice, I gained experience in Automotive industry, informed technical properties and development of automotive systems and components, and worked on test systems design.
