This part of the bank, which was on loss since the very beginning of Bank (Sofia Bank which was acquired by ISBANK) for 20 years, received profit for the very first time. • Corporate credit portfolio that I managed never had NPL over %1, and provided continuous profit.

ZORLU ENERGY, Moscow, RUSSIA Financial Director For the construction of 2 power plants in Moscow (Kozhukova and Tereshkovo districts) with the total amount of the project 1.200.000.000 USD; on 3 companies of the group, ZORLU INDUSTRIAL, contractor of the Project, ZORLU O&M, maintenance and operating company and ZORLU STROYPROMENERGOTORG, sales and administrative company, I was managing; • Cash flow and reporting to Head Office in Istanbul/TURKEY, • Payables to suppliers and aging reports, • Cost control and reporting, • Bank relations, • Investor (LLC ROSMIKS) relations, • Relations with state organs and tax offices, • Budget and budget control, In average, there was 80.000.000 USD credit portfolio. I participated to the work of syndicated loan of USD 550.000.000 with the lead of HSBC in summer 2011.

CREDIT EUROPE BANK LTD., Moscow, RUSSIA - Former Finansbank A.Ş.– Corporate Banking Department, Corporate Marketing Division, Relationship Manager I used to manage Turkish desk which is %17,4 of USD 1 BLN corporate portfolio which consists of 174.000.000 USD. This portfolio contains biggest Turkish groups and investments in Russia. In addition to cash and non-cash loans, I used to solve everyday needs and requests of the clients and problems as well. During all transactions, I had the intermediary position between bank and the client and I used to coordinate in the bank legal, credits, risk, back-office, treasury and operation departments.
