I have been working as financial controller of 2 directorates; Purchasing Directorate and Supply Chain Directorate. At weekly meetings, enlightening directorate and top management about the ongoing financial situation of the market (especially about exchange rate, stock exchange fluctuations and raw material prices). Preparing forecast reports about financial situation and helping directorates to establish their policies. Preparing directorate’s budgets, controlling spending levels, controlling new car project; investment costs and total vehicle costs, auditing suppliers and pointing out financial risks of suppliers, analyzing cost matrix and preparing purchasing technical & efficiency curve, preparing lists for incentive applications, following cost changes of new car projects and finally calculating car cost, providing monthly reports to top management and pointing out main variances from budget including functional expenses, stocks, spendings and efficiencies.

Bring new customers into bank portfolio, marketing banking products to already working customers. Dealing with daily financial operations (due to the financial situation of the market to advising to customers how to make their investment decisions) of the customers and canalizing them to appropriate investment tools. Preparing detailed financial reports by analyzing companies’ balance sheet, income/loss table and investment situations.
