I handled technical audit works in this project. USD This project realized by using Top & Down technics because of the very restricted area in the center of the city and covers 69.000 sqm. Unfortunately Project had been stopped after fourteen months from the starting date, because of the financial problems of the Client. During the design stage, it was decided to use Otenord Steel Tunnel Forms for the rapid production of the Structural stage of the project. With over 2,000 car park spaces and a total built up area of 375,000 sq. m, facilities such as gym and wellness complex and multipurpose convention rooms. The complex has 3 floors of retail, landscaped podium at 3rd floor, 3 towers of residential apartments stepping up on a series of terraces to 32 floors in height. Approximate project value is 600 M. USD. Responsibilities; - Coordination of the technical and administrative teams - Design management with local and international design joint groups. Responsibilities; - Supervision of formwork, reinforcement, waterproofing, concrete works in conjunction with the management team from Bovis Europe Inc. for the construction of a 31 store high-rise building. - Responsible of construction on site, member of safety committee, inspection of submittals, managing quality assurance, field quality control, scheduling equipment & manpower, scheduling & coordinating sub-contractors. - Representative on behalf of Doğus Constrcution in safety meetings with the client.
